Simba SC of Tanzania and Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca are pursuing the signature of Nigeria goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali following his departure from South African side Chippa United.

The 29-year-old is currently a free agent after his contract with Chippa United ended, making him an attractive option ahead of the new season.

Nwabali’s stock rose sharply after his standout performances for Nigeria at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, where he was widely praised for his consistency and shot-stopping ability.

Sources close to the player indicate that both Simba SC and Raja Casablanca have made inquiries as they look to strengthen their goalkeeping departments.
