The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Traditional Rulers Council, Mai-Martaba Alhaji (Dr) Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, has commiserated with the Magaji Nda of Ilorin, Alhaji Saliu Woru Mohammed, over demise of his wife, Alhaja Maimunat, who died at the early hour of (today) Monday,16th March 2026.
Alhaji Sulu-Gambari, in a condolence message issued by his Press Secretary, Dr. Abdulazeez Arowona, described the incidence as unfortunate and highly shocking stressing that, “It is in total submission to the will of Almighty Allah”.
The Emir condoled Alhaji (Dr) Saliu Woru Mohammed over the great loss and urged him to take solace in the good legacies left behind by the deceased.
He also extended his condolences to the children, friends, associates and other extended family members of late Alhaja Maimunat Nagode Saliu Woru Mohammed.
Alhaji Sulu-Gambari therefore prayed Allah to grant her absolute forgiveness, accept her good deeds and admit her into Aljanatul Firdaus.
