Kwara United will unveil 10 new players this week as part of efforts to strengthen the squad ahead of the 2026/27 season, the club has announced.

Club chairman Kumbi Titiloye disclosed the development during a meeting with supporters in Ilorin, saying the recruitment drive is aimed at building a more competitive team capable of improving on last season’s performance.

“We are bringing in 10 new players, and they will be unveiled this week,” Titiloye told the club’s media.

According to him, the new arrivals have been carefully selected to replace players who left the club and reinforce key areas of the squad.

“Those players are good enough to replace the departed ones. Their sharpness, quality and urgency on the ball make them capable replacements, and we are confident they will add value to the team,” he said.

Kwara United are expected to complete the unveiling in the coming days as preparations continue for the new Nigeria Premier Football League season.
