Popular Nigerian TikToker Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, has explained why music star David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, was absent from his wedding ceremony.

Speaking during a live session, Peller dismissed speculation of a disagreement between him and the singer, saying Davido remains one of his biggest supporters.

According to Peller, Davido treats him like a son and has consistently shown him love and support.

He said the singer’s absence was due to his busy schedule and was not connected to any misunderstanding between them.

“Davido treats me like his son. He was very busy, that’s why he couldn’t attend my wedding,” Peller said.

His comments followed questions on social media about Davido’s absence from the ceremony, with some fans speculating about the relationship between the two entertainers.

Peller, however, maintained that there was no rift between them and described Davido’s support as genuine.
