Ayodele Reveals What Fubara Must Do to Remain Politically Relevant

Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has warned Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara that his political ambitions could be at risk if he continues to ignore what the cleric described as divine guidance.

In a video shared on Facebook on Friday, Ayodele said he had previously cautioned the governor about political challenges that could affect his future, particularly after he emerged as his party’s flagbearer.

The cleric described Fubara’s inability to secure a second-term opportunity as disappointing, insisting that the development could have been avoided if earlier warnings had been taken more seriously.

According to Ayodele, his decision to speak publicly was intended to draw attention to what he considers important steps necessary for the governor’s political survival.

The remarks add to ongoing discussions about political developments in Rivers State and the future of Fubara’s political career.

As of the time of reporting, the Rivers State Government had not issued an official response to the cleric’s comments.
