The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command, CP Tijani Fatai, on Tuesday decorated Dr. Opeyemi Ojo with his new rank following his promotion from Inspectorate Cadre to Superintendent of Police.

The decoration ceremony was held at the Command Headquarters, Ikeja. It was in line with the recommendation of the IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu and approval by the Police Service Commission for the conversion of Dr. Ojo.

While decorating the officer, CP Fatai described the elevation as well-deserved and a recognition of Dr. Ojo’s professional competence, dedication, and contributions to healthcare service delivery within the Nigeria Police Force.

He urged the newly decorated SP Dr. Opeyemi Ojo to remain steadfast in his duties, uphold the ethics of the medical profession and the core values of the Nigeria Police Force.

The Lagos State Police Command congratulated the officer and wished him continued success in his career and service to the nation.
