The Emir of Ilorin and Chairman of the Kwara State Traditional Rulers Council, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari CFR, has commiserated with the Magaji Abudu of Ilorin Emirate, Mallam Mahmud Bolakale Ajadi, over the death of his mother, Alhaja Asmau Gogo Ajadi Abudu, who died on Saturday night.

Alhaji Sulu-Gambari, in a condolence message issued oom Sunday by his Spokesman, Dr Abdulazeez Arowona, described the late Alhaja Asmau Gogo Ajadi Abudu as a virtuous, God-fearing woman who lived a life of service to Allah and humanity.

The Emir condoled the entire Magaji Adubu family over the loss and urged them to find solace in the fact that the deceased lived a pious life worthy of gratitude to Allah.

He prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive her shortcomings, accept her good deeds, grant her Al-Jannah Firdaus, and give the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
