Osinkolu Pledges Inclusive Representation for Ekiti North in 2027

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Ekiti North Senatorial District in the 2027 general elections, Dr Olusegun Osinkolu, has pledged to prioritise youth and women’s empowerment, education, healthcare and agricultural development if elected.

Osinkolu made the pledge during a tour of the district’s five local government areas: Moba, Ido/Osi, Ilejemeje, Oye and Ikole, according to a statement issued in Ado Ekiti on Tuesday.

He said his candidacy offered voters an opportunity to address what he described as years of neglect and inadequate representation in the district.

Osinkolu promised to pursue effective legislation and attract federal government projects to improve development and ensure that residents benefit from democratic governance.

He urged voters across party lines to support his ambition, insisting that his priorities would include the welfare and needs of the people.

The PDP candidate also expressed confidence in the party’s chances in the 2027 elections, predicting a strong performance in Ekiti North.

He commended party supporters for their commitment and urged members to remain united and intensify grassroots mobilisation ahead of the polls.

Osinkolu assured constituents that, if elected, he would make their welfare a priority and work towards delivering accessible and people-oriented representation.
