Man Protests Tinubu During Windsor Visit

An unidentified Nigerian man staged a protest against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima in Windsor, United Kingdom, on Wednesday.

In a video that circulated widely online, the protester was seen holding placards and making allegations against the Nigerian leader, including claims related to a case in the United States.

The man was heard calling on Tinubu to address the alleged matter abroad while accusing the government of failing Nigerians.

Police officers from Berkshire were also visible in the footage, engaging with the protester as the demonstration unfolded.

The protest coincided with Tinubu’s visit to Windsor, where he was received by King Charles III at Windsor Castle.

The visit marks the first time in nearly four decades that a Nigerian leader has undertaken a state visit of this nature to the United Kingdom.
