Popular Nigerian singer Ahmed Ololade, known professionally as Asake, has reconciled with his father, daughter and baby mama following weeks of public criticism over allegations of neglect after his rise to fame.

The reconciliation comes months after his baby mama, Adijat, accused the artist of abandoning her and their child despite her support during his early career struggles.

Around the same period, Asake’s father, Fatai Odunsi, a stroke survivor, had also drawn public attention after appealing for assistance to cover his medical and living expenses.

The controversy sparked widespread backlash on social media, with fans and fellow celebrities urging the singer to address the situation.

According to reports, Asake later reached out to his father, pledging to cover his medical bills and provide accommodation.

A photograph of the musician with his father that surfaced online on Friday, along with reports of his reunion with his baby mama and daughter earlier in the week, suggests a restoration of family ties.
