Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has praised U.S. President Donald Trump, describing him as a decisive leader and commending his approach to security and foreign policy amid escalating tensions with Iran.

In remarks delivered on Monday, Netanyahu said there has “never been a president like Donald J. Trump,” highlighting what he called Trump’s clarity, resolve and readiness to take action.

“He cuts through all the fluff and focuses on actions he believes are necessary,” Netanyahu said, adding that Israel and other countries he described as part of the “free world” are fortunate to have Trump’s leadership.

He stated that Trump has helped restore America’s global standing and positioned the United States as a leading force internationally. “We’re very lucky to have him as the leader of the free world,” Netanyahu said.

Addressing recent military strikes targeting Iran, the Israeli leader accused Tehran of decades-long hostility toward the United States. He alleged that Iran has promoted anti-American rhetoric and supported attacks on U.S. interests and officials.

Netanyahu also described Iran as a regime that spreads instability and terrorism globally, arguing that its policies threaten both regional and international security.

His comments come amid heightened tensions between Israel, the United States and Iran following renewed military exchanges and broader geopolitical escalation in the Middle East.
