The death has been reported of Alhaja Memunat Nagode SALIU MAGAJI-NDA, wife of the Magaji-Nda of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr) Saliu Woru Muhammed.

In a statement issued today by the Magaji-Nda of Ilorin, Alhaji (Dr) Saliu Woru Muhammed, Alhaja Memunat Nagode Magaji-Nda died today after a brief illness at the age of 76. She will be buried today at 10:00 am according to Islamic rites.

The Janaza prayer will be led this morning at 10:00 am at Magaji-Nda’s Compound, Emirs Palace, Ilorin, by the Imam Imale of Ilorin, Sheikh ABDULLAHI Abdulhameed.

Alhaja SALIU Memunat Nagode Woru Muhammed is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, including:
– ACP Saliu Tunde Muhammed, Kwara State Commandant of the Nigeria Police Force
– Comrade Yinka SOLIU MAGAJI-NDA, Chairman of the Radio, Television, Theatre and Arts Workers Union of Nigeria (RATTAWU), University of Ilorin Chapter, Unilori89.3FM
– ACS Mumini Saliu Woru Muhammed, Kwara State Civil Defence Corps
– DSP SALIU AbdulGaniyu Woru Muhammed, The Nigeria Police Force, Kwara State Command
– Mrs Afusat Mojirola Woru Muhammed, among others.
