Super Falcons to Play WAFCON Group Matches in Rabat

Defending champions Nigeria will play all their Group C matches of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Rabat, Morocco.

The Super Falcons, coached by Justine Madugu, have been drawn alongside debutants Malawi, Zambia and Egypt in Group C of the tournament.

Nigeria will begin their title defence against Malawi at the Al Madina Stadium in Rabat on Tuesday, July 28.

Their second group match will also be played at the Al Madina Stadium, where they will face Zambia on Saturday, August 1.

The Super Falcons will conclude their group-stage campaign against Egypt at the Olympic Stadium in Rabat on Wednesday, August 5.

Should Nigeria finish top of Group C, they will remain in Rabat for their quarter-final, where they will face the runners-up from Group D.

The 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations will be hosted by Morocco from July 26 to August 16, with the Super Falcons aiming to retain their continental title.
