Trump Administration Releases New UAP Files

The administration of Donald Trump has released a new batch of previously undisclosed files, videos and photographs related to Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), commonly referred to as UFOs.

According to reports from the White House, said the materials were gathered from multiple US government agencies and made publicly available without the need for security clearance.

Officials described the release as part of a broader effort to increase transparency surrounding government-held information on unexplained aerial sightings and possible extraterrestrial-related incidents.

“The latest UAP videos, photos, and original source documents from across the entire United States government are all in one place,” the White House said, while also accusing previous administrations of limiting public access to such records.

The disclosures fall under a programme known as the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters (PURSUE), which the administration said would continue to publish additional materials over time.

Among the newly released documents are photographs reportedly connected to the Apollo 12 and Apollo 17 missions, including one image showing three unidentified dots in the sky above the lunar surface.

The release also contains transcripts from Apollo 17 communications in which astronauts described observing bright, fast-moving particles and unusual fragments outside their spacecraft while in orbit.

In one exchange, crew members reportedly compared the objects to fireworks, describing them as “very bright particles” and “jagged, angular fragments.”

Trump has repeatedly expressed support for declassifying government records linked to UFOs and UAPs amid growing public interest in unexplained aerial phenomena.
