Troops of the 12 Brigade, in collaboration with operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS), have arrested four suspected collaborators linked to terrorist groups in Kabba-Bunu Local Government Area of Kogi State.

The arrests were made during a joint operation at Light Hotel along the Odumo-Kabba Road on Monday, following credible intelligence that connected the suspects to activities supporting terrorist elements.

Security analyst Zagazola Makama disclosed the operation in a post on X on Tuesday, stating that troops from the Kabba Patrol Base and DSS operatives carried out the raid at about 12:11 p.m.

According to the report, the suspects were apprehended without resistance and have been handed over to the DSS for further investigation and possible prosecution.

The operation forms part of ongoing efforts by security agencies to dismantle terrorist support networks and strengthen security across Kogi State and neighbouring communities.
