Nigerian music executive Ubi Franklin has described having children with different women as the biggest mistake of his life, urging young men to avoid making the same decision.

Speaking in a video shared on his Instagram page, Franklin reflected on his personal experiences and said he wished he had made different choices.

“My worst decision is having children with different women. I wish some things that happened in my life had taken a different direction, and this is one of them,” he said.

Franklin explained that raising the children has not been the challenge. Rather, he said managing relationships and emotions involving their mothers has been the most difficult aspect.

“Taking care of them is not the problem, but managing the emotions of the adults who are their mothers,” he said.

He advised young people to think carefully before making similar decisions, stressing that financial success does not eliminate the challenges that can arise from having children with multiple partners.

“No matter the money you think you have or the life you want to live, let baby mama drama not be part of it,” Franklin said.
