BBNaija star Beauty Tukura has reacted to allegations of domestic abuse against wedding photographer David Martins, following claims by his wife that she was subjected to physical, verbal and psychological abuse during their marriage.

Martins’ wife alleged in a statement that she endured years of abuse and remained silent for about three years to protect her husband’s reputation and out of concern for her safety and that of their three-month-old son.

She alleged that Martins attacked her on May 7, 2026, while she was carrying their baby, and said she had photographs and videos documenting the alleged incidents.

According to her, the matter had been reported to the Lagos Police Gender Unit, as well as the United States and Canadian embassies.

Reacting in an Instagram post, Beauty criticised Martins and urged her followers to unfollow and report his social media accounts.

“You’re a very foolish goat. A stupid human being through and through,” she wrote.

Beauty also called on clients to reconsider engaging Martins’ services and urged people who had paid for his services to seek refunds where appropriate.

She said her response was partly influenced by accounts she claimed to have seen from other individuals about their experiences with Martins and his brothers.

The allegations have generated reactions online, while the claims against Martins had not been independently established at the time of filing this report.
